Tuesday 6 February 2024 - Come design and carve your own valentine and have it printed on the letterpress! Alberta Printmakers staff will help direct the basics of linocut carving to help you achieve the best results. Then you will be able to pull the prints off the letterpress with the assistance of staff. All designs will be printed in dark gold ink on red or pink paper. You will be able to take a set of ten home to share and spread the love! The event will include: - A directed carving session on lino - Pulling your own prints off the letterpress with the assistance of staff - All images will be printed with a dark, metallic gold on red or pink paper - Paper size is 5 x 7 inches - Participants will leave with a total of 10 prints -
