Saturday 6 January 2024 - Start 2024 off with a deep breath and reflection at Fort Calgary. Taught by instructor Margo Dodginghorse, this 90-minute gentle yin-style yoga class will explore the concepts of cultural appreciation vs. appropriation in a safe environment and will support participants in setting their intentions for the new year. Margo will also share her journey in yoga and how it can be applied to living a wholistic lifestyle by applying the 8 limbs of yoga. Tickets include museum admission so you can enrich your mind as well as your body after the class. -
