As an adult she finds a memento from her birth family and is sent on a journey through her childhood and youth. The story unravels through her eyes and those who loved or impacted her. It follows her cycle of trauma, hurt, anger, acceptance, healing, and growth as she develops her identity and what family means to her. Her relatable struggles of healing through connection and belonging come to life through dance, live music, and projection.
