Followed by a panel discussion moderated where Plensa and Barnes will be joined by Rollin Stanley, The City's General Manager of Planning, Development and Assessment at the City of Calgary and Dr. Nancy Pollock-Ellwand, Dean of the Faculty of Environmental Design at the University of Calgary.
