Making Changes - Employment and Life Skills

Making Changes Employment and Life Skills Program Location: #200, 138 - 4 Avenue SE When: Monday, October 03, 2011 to Monday, November 14, 2011 Making Changes Employment and Life Skills Program at 9:30 - 3:30 pm Contact: Elaine Lupul Email: employmentlifeskills@makingchangesassociation.ca WebSite: www.makingchangesassociation.ca The Making Changes Employment and Life Skills Program is an excellent orientation that is very beneficial for immigrant women who wish to plan and prepare for their future in Canada.  We meet every Monday for six weeks to discuss goals and skills, communication skills, job search, where and how to gather information, and to provide information about Canadian business culture.  This program is really helpful for immigrant women - they love the opportunity to increase their confidence as they re-discover their skills and develop a plan to reach their goals in Canada. It is best if the women have completed at least LINC 3.  The program is free for immigrant women and has free childcare. This pre-employment life skills workshop for immigrant women is presented by Making Changes Association and the Calgary Immigrant Women s Association.  The program is supported with funding from the Government of Canada. Please contact us with any questions or to register.. Event Details. Location: 138 4 Avenue SE
