Winging It! Fantasy Improv Comedy Show

Friday, 16 May 2025 - Winging It! is an improvised fantasy comedy show—think a cross between a TTRPG Actual Play and an improv games night like Whose Line Is It Anyway? Mixing short form and long form improv with a fantasy RPG à la Dungeons & Dragons, this show is a recipe for critical tales and epic fails. Roll the dice! Expect laughter and adventure! Let’s have some fun! The show is fully improvised, created live with suggestions from the audience. If you're a fan of fantasy role-playing games this show is for you. If you're not but you just like laughing, this show is also for you! Each of the shows is a standalone adventure, but they’re also part of a larger story. This means whatever show you come to, you’ll have a great evening of entertainment. If you come to more than one, you’ll be rewarded by seeing the same characters progress through a broader adventure. Either way, come out, have a laugh, have a drink if you want, and get ready for some fun-loving merrymaking. Our upcoming shows are May 17th and May 31st, 2025 at 8:00 pm the Erratics Indie Arts Club, 625 11th Ave SW #150, Calgary, AB T2R 0E1. Tickets are $17 +fees for General Admission and $14 +fees for students, seniors, and artists. The Buddy Holly Tribute

Thursday, 15 May 2025 - Experience an unforgettable tribute to Buddy Holly! Performed by Zachary Stevenson | 7:30pm - 10:00pm The Buddy Holly Concert is a dynamite two-act show featuring hits such as “That’ll Be the Day”, “Peggy Sue”, “Oh Boy" and “Rave On”. Stevenson presents Buddy Holly so perfectly that we seem to be watching a genuine replica of the nerdy, and hip young Texan. He has the guitar licks down to a “t” and his superb vocals make him equally comfortable with the sweet ballads or on-the-edge rock-a-billy songs… including Holly’s trademark hiccup and energetic dance moves that often brings the audience to their feet.
