Friday, 3 October 2025 - Paying homage to one of the greatest musicians of all time is a ten-piece ensemble of Calgary’s finest musicians who recreate the one-of-a-kind sound of Ray Charles and perform such hits as Georgia On My Mind, What’d I Say, Hit The Road Jack, and Let The Good Times Roll among them. Formed by Musical Director John Gray, bassist and leader on the Calgary Jazz scene, who toured with the Ray Charles Orchestra, it features Grammy Award-winning vocalist Donald Ray Johnson on lead vocals, includes a solid rhythm section, a killer horn section, and three soulful backup singers, The Donald Raylettes. -
