Monday, 8 September 2025 - An exhibit titled Unfamiliar Perspectives: The NWMP and Canada’s Colonial Project opens Sept. 9 at The Confluence. Built around archival photographs, sketches, newspaper pages, personal journals and government records, the exhibit will highlight lesser-known stories about the North-West Mounted Police. Unfamiliar Perspectives will run until fall 2026, and will serve as the foundation for a permanent NWMP exhibit that will be developed for Phase 3 of The Confluence's exhibit overhaul. -
