Friday 19 July 2024 - Join us Saturday, July 20th for our first annual Dachshund Dash featuring Standardbred racing, live music, food & drinks, prizes and most importantly... Dashing Dachshunds! We're excited to partner with some of your favourite brands to bring exciting prizes for the weiners (winners) of the races! We will also be giving away a bonus prize for the Best Dressed Dachshund! Entry into the event is free 1st, 2nd & 3rd will receive special gift prizes for winning the races There will be a prize for the Best Dressed Dachshund The races will take place on Saturday, July 20, 2024, following the live horse racing at approximately 5:00 pm Each participant can expect to compete in a distance of approximately 30 yards on the racetrack All registered dogs must present proof of up-to-date vaccinations to be eligible to compete All dogs participating in the races must be leashed while on the property We ask that dogs keep barking to a minimum as to not interfere with the horses We ask that all four-legged participants have good recall for the safety of all animals on site Owners are responsible for picking up after their dogs while on site -
