26th annual Fairy Tales Queer Art Film Festival

Wednesday 26 June 2024 - In honour of PRIDE month we are thrilled to announce that Fairy Tales; the longest-running Queer art and film festival in the Canadian prairies, is back for its 26th year and will be taking place at The GRAND, June 27th - 30th! Presented by The Calgary Queer Arts Society, Fairy Tales 2024 will showcase 33 short films, 15 artists, 10 makers, 7 feature films and 2 DJs - spanning all genres, media and runtimes. Come together and celebrate 2SLGBTQIA+ lived experiences and narratives YOUR WAY! For the first time, discover a makers’ market and arts exhibition, hosted in the lobby of Calgary’s storied GRAND Theatre. Featuring over a dozen of Calgary and area’s finest creative talents, explore works of art from all disciplines and mediums.
