This group is for girls between the ages of 8- 13 years. The goal of this group is to equip girls with the skills they will need to go into their teen years making healthy choices. Working with the horses, each week we introduce, practice & discuss a different life skills such as (communication, boundaries, self-care, developing self-esteem, peer pressure, leadership). We play with horses on the ground and in the saddle. No previous horse experience is necessary.
