All Boston Pizza restaurants in Calgary will be donating 10% of food sales on Thursday, September 12 to the Calgary Police Foundation. Customers will have the opportunity to support the campaign by either dining-in or ordering via the My BP app throughout the day and evening on Thursday, September 12. Proceeds will be donated to the Calgary Police Foundation which funds programs that work exclusively with the Calgary Police Service. These programs help keep vulnerable and at-risk kids out of a life of crime, or from becoming a young victim. Officers of the Calgary Police Service, where possible and respecting policing priorities, will endeavor to stop by each restaurant for brief visits between 4:30 – 8:30 pm to meet the public and say thanks for joining them in helping to keep kids safe from crime. WE ARE STILL LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS TO BE AT EACH OF BOSTON PIZZAS CALGARY LOCATIONS FROM 4-9 PM ON SEPTEMBER 12. Duties include greeting guests, talking about the Foundation, collecting donations in a donation box, collecting donators' ballot information, keeping the donation box safe, handing out CPS colouring books to young guests, passing off donation box to Boston Pizza manager on shift to put in safe.
