PLANTED is a dinner series curated by Win Sport executive chef Liana Robberecht to celebrate and push the limits of vegan and vegetarian cuisine. The opening event takes place at Win Sport on March 28th, while the closing event is scheduled for April 25th at the Calgary Zoo. Some of Calgary's top restaurants and chefs will add to the series by featuring a special PLANTED-themed menu during special dates around the city. In addition to Win Sport and the Calgary Zoo, chefs from Anju, Bow Valley Ranche, Winebar, Diner Deluxe, Alloy, Rouge and Donna Mac are participating.
