Participants are encouraged to express their western spirit by dressing up cowboys, cowgirls, western zombies, horses, rodeo clowns, even cattle. Prizes will be awarned to the runners with the most imaginative and artistic costumes. The Angus Cattle Run is one of the fundraising events for Put the Boots to Hunger, a food and fund drive held during the ten days of Stampede. There is a $20 entry fee, which includes a $15 tax reciept. All Calgarians are welcome!.
