Spencer, a young Canadian man is given a trip to Europe for graduation. He goes to the world cup where he meets a young woman, Elan and falls for her. Spencer thinks Elan is the woman of his dreams, he thinks she has stolen his heart… but he has no idea about the real circumstances of her life. Through an unfortunate series of events he ends up losing a kidney instead. Sylvie is a weapons trafficker who ends up in the business of buying and selling human organs on the black market. She brokers a deal on behalf of Max, who has been waiting at the bottom of an organ donor list, to purchase him a kidney on the black market.
