FREE Clothing Giveaway and Electronics Recycling Location: Whitehorn Community Hall: 228 Whitehorn Road NE, Calgary, AB When: Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at 5:00pm - 7:30pm Whitehorn Clothing Giveaway & Recycling Event Tuesday November 16th, 2010 from 5pm-7:30pm at the Whitehorn Community Centre. 228 Whitehorn Road NE Everyone is welcome! Do some good in your community! There are many items which are recyclable and harmful to the environment yet don t go into the blue bins! Come bring us the following recyclable items, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, and get some free new-to-you clothing, books and toys! Please bring: - Old Batteries - Old cell phones and landline phones - Scratched and broken CDs and DVDs - Small (clean) appliances (ex. toasters, blenders, office electronics, microwaves, monitors, home theatre equipment) - Computers and computer parts - Empty inkjet cartridges - Old prescription glasses which are still in usable condition. These will be sent to people living in developing countries Please bring your own reusable bags to carry clothing in. If you have clothing, books or toys to donate to the event please drop them off at the Whitehorn community Centre on Monday November 15th between 5pm - 7pm or Tuesday November 16th in the morning. .
